Important Information & Considerations

• Health & Safety: This activity is not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries, poor cardiovascular health, pregnant women, or PWDs. The experience is not wheelchair accessible.
• Child Policy: Children aged 0 to 1 are free of charge.
• Weight Restrictions: A maximum of 2 adults, or adults with small children depending on weight, are allowed per ride. The total maximum weight limit is 150kg.
• Punctuality: Arriving late will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
• Meal Times: Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, or Dinner can be enjoyed either before or after your hot air balloon flight.
• Minimum Riders: The hot air balloon will only operate when there are at least 2 rides booked in each flight session.
• Contingency Plan: If the hot air balloon cannot fly, passengers can choose between a 60-minute Balinese massage for two OR reschedule the flight.
• Weather Dependent: This activity is subject to weather and wind conditions, and cancellations may occur for safety reasons.
• Insurance: If the ride is canceled due to weather, Hot air Balloon Riding is inclusive of insurance which covers Total Permanent disability or death caused by the activity covered at IDR 500,000,000; Medical expenses due to injuries caused by the activity is covered at maximum value of IDR 50,000,000.
• Menu Subject to Change: The menu for breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner is subject to change without prior notice and excludes beverages.
