• Punctuality Matters: Arriving late will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be given.

• Weather Dependant: This activity is subject to weather and wind conditions, and cancellations may occur for safety reasons.
• Insurance Details: If the ride is canceled due to weather, the Hot air Balloon Riding is inclusive of insurance, which covers Total Permanent disability or death caused by the activity covered at IDR 500,000,000; Medical expenses due to injuries caused by the activity is covered at a maximum value of IDR 50,000,000.
